Project Overview
As a global corporation with a vast portfolio of products and digital initiatives, UNFPA needed a scalable solution to empowers line managers to deliver completely personalised, relevant, and timely onboarding help to new starters.
To address this challenge, our team at Tui developed an internal platform designed to centralize and streamline United Nations communications and education when you join the company. . It goes beyond "what you need to know" to also provide "who you need to meet", and our experience pushed UNFPA to invite new starters to begin the onboarding process before their first day, letting them hit the ground running.
As the sole Ul designer, I collaborated closely with our Content Writer, UX Designer, and Engineering Team to produce responsive, structured new starter experience that involved the devlopment of powerful tools and processes to support line managers and HR analysts, detailed analytics, and deep integrations to UNFPA systems. I also developed a set of line art Illustrations which I then animated and now greet the user thoughout the site.
